OrthoAnimate is intended solely as an educational resource. Its modules illustrate orthopaedic concepts and support teaching and discussion. They are not intended or validated as medical devices, patient-specific planning tools, or clinical decision-support systems.
Do not use OrthoAnimate to diagnose, treat, select treatment for, or make clinical decisions about any patient. Clinical care must rely on qualified professional judgement, appropriate examination and imaging, current evidence, applicable standards, and patient-specific circumstances.
Models, assumptions, and accuracy
Interactive modules simplify anatomy, biomechanics, classifications, implants, and clinical scenarios. Values, thresholds, drawings, and outcomes may be conceptual, approximate, editable, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular patient or implant system. References are provided for education and do not guarantee that the content is complete, current, or error-free.
No professional relationship
Using this site does not create a physician–patient, educator–learner, advisory, or other professional relationship with OrthoAnimate or its contributors.
Contact and feedback submissions
When you submit the contact form, OrthoAnimate receives the information you choose to provide, together with the originating page address. It is used to review and respond to your message and improve the educational resource. Submissions are delivered by email and are not used to enrol you in marketing messages.
Do not submit protected health information or other patient-identifiable information. Cloudflare processes the form request and Turnstile verification as part of providing the site and spam protection.
